Our complex, Spiridoula Villa – Santorini Summer Retreats, is a family-run business that first opened its doors in 1992 on the enchanting island of Santorini. Located just 300 meters away from the Black Beach of Perissa, in a highly serene environment, Spiridoula Villa – Santorini Summer Retreats offers comfortable studios with unique mountain and Aegean Sea views, ideal for families or groups of friends! Upon arrival, every guest will notice that all of the studios are distinguished by a combination of traditional elements and contemporary comfort, rendering them the perfect choice for an excellent vacation experience on the island. We are always on-site to welcome all travelers in person, as well as to offer any kind of substantial assistance.

We sought to take a step beyond accommodation services and provide a complete vacation experience, true to the essence of the island, which would touch the hearts of people from all over the world.

THE STUDIOS Comfortable studios for rent in Santorini

Spiridoula Villa – Santorini Summer Retreats features double and triple studios with a terrace or balcony overlooking the mountain or the breathtaking Aegean Sea!

All studios include a kitchenette with a hob, an electric kettle, a fridge and a coffee maker. Furthermore, each of them is equipped with a safe box, a small dining area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. In the premises there is also a picturesque garden where our guests can enjoy moments of total relaxation.

Spiridoula Villa – Santorini Summer Retreats is situated in a truly serene location, just 250 meters away from the center of the wonderful village of Perissa in Santorini. At the same distance there is a bus stop providing easier access for guests. The accommodation is also accessible by car and we are happy to arrange your transfer, as the Santorini airport is at a distance of 13 kilometers.

Within just 300 meters from Spiridoula Villa – Santorini Summer Retreats you will find the famous Black Beach, as well as a plethora of cafes, restaurants and shops, while there is also a pharmacy and a super market for any necessary purchases during your stay.

For those who wish to explore further or enjoy a taste of Santorini’s vibrant nightlife, the bustling town of Fira is 12.5 kilometers away.

It's total value for money. Clean apartment and really sweet hosts. Located in Perissa, 5 mins walk from the black beach. I would love to stay there again.
